While she has only had Senate Resolutions enacted, her most successful bill and driving sponsors was S. 488: Justice for Victims of Lynching Act of 2019 which had 48 sponsors, 16 of which were Republicans. Her top legislative issue is Health based on number of sponsorships and cosponsorships, with 38 bills sponsored and 341 cosponsored. While Harris is most active on Health, she’s seen the most success on getting legislation enacted on Crime and Law enforcement. Seven Crime and Law enforcement bills she has sponsored or cosponsored have left committee and four have been enacted. 

Harris is most frequently cosponsored by Sens. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ).
