Chris is a digital communications professional with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of politics, advocacy, and engagement. He has led digital mobilization, paid media, and influencer campaigns for some of the largest public policy challenges at both the federal and state levels. Most recently, Chris was Director, Digital Grassroots Mobilization on the government affairs and communications team at Crypto.com where he was responsible for designing a program to convert the company’s app users into policy advocates.
Kesi Lumumba
Vice President
Kesi is a seasoned communications and PR professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing earned and digital media campaigns. She specializes in translating complex and policy-related issues including drug pricing, FDA reform, pandemic preparedness, education and workforce development. Prior to joining Rational 360, she served as a director of communications at Nahigian Strategies, a boutique public relations firm, where she worked on national corporate social responsibility programing with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, rebranding strategies for government contracting, advertising and advocacy campaigns for affordable healthcare.
Bryce Ballard
Senior Director, Social Listening
Bryce Ballard specializes in how social listening, media intelligence, and other open-source research can inform digital strategy, public affairs, and communications. Bryce has diverse experience working across agencies, in-house teams, and technology vendors to deploy social listening programs and AI-backed measurement frameworks that empower clients to orient themselves in the online ecosystem and extract insights. Bryce is intentional about leading new projects with curiosity by seeking to pioneer novel research methodologies, upskilling analytical rigor of unstructured datasets, and figuring out how digital strategy can play a role in shifting a conversation’s narrative.
Khadija Butt
Director
Khadija Butt is a public relations professional with experience in written communications and traditional and digital media. She graduated from American University with a double major in Political Science and Spanish Studies with an undergraduate certificate of Spanish and English translation. During her undergraduate career, she held internships at CLS Strategies, where she focused on supporting various corporate and international clients facing litigation or reputational issues, and BluShark Digital, where she assisted in the management of several ad campaigns and created Google Analytics reports.
