This acquisition marks an important step toward Quorum’s goal to build a completely integrated, modern, one-stop shop for public affairs professionals.  Together Quorum and the CisionPAC team are building Quorum PAC — a new and modern PAC management solution to help PAC managers collect donations, increase PAC participation, and file with ease. Since its launch in 2014, Quorum has built an integrated solution of seven products — Federal, State, Local, EU, International, Grassroots, and Stakeholder—that has helped public affairs professionals at major organizations like Walmart, General Motors, the American Beverage Association, and the US Air Force work smarter and move faster. From conversations with customers in the market, PAC was the next natural step for Quorum’s growth. For over a decade, CisionPAC software has been recognized as the most used software by the top 1000 PACs to file with FEC based on public data. “For years we’ve been hearing a drumbeat from our customers: build a PAC product! We spent the greater part of the last year and a half working toward that goal,” said Quorum’s Co-founder & CEO Alex Wirth. “With the experience of the Cision team, we are going to be able to get further, faster in building a world-class, modern product for PAC managers.” “It’s critical that users have software they can trust and CisionPAC is the leading tool to help PAC managers stay compliant,” said Cision VP Mark Reilly, who will become Quorum’s VP of PAC. “Our PAC relationships and experience combined with Quorum’s proven ability to create best-in-class tools public affairs professionals love will allow us to create a modern software that is trustworthy, innovative, and integrated.” Quorum plans to continue to support CisionPAC through 2024 and has invested in maintaining smooth operations of the product with the CisionPAC engineering, services, and support employees that customers know and love joining the Quorum team along with Reilly.
