Partnership fuels next phase of growth as Quorum scales agentic AI capabilities for government affairs teams
WASHINGTON, D.C. — July 20, 2026 — Quorum, the leading AI-powered public affairs platform used by more than 2,000 organizations, today announced a strategic investment from Enlightenment Capital, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm focused on companies serving the government and national interest. The investment will accelerate Quorum’s product roadmap, expand its agentic AI capabilities, and extend its reach across Fortune 500 government affairs teams, trade associations, nonprofits, and government agencies.

Enlightenment Capital is investing out of its fifth fund and has $2.3 billion in assets under management across a series of portfolio companies that generate $1.9 billion dollars in revenue.

Quorum CEO and co-founder Alex Wirth will continue to lead the company, and Quorum’s existing leadership team will remain in place.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Raymond James served as financial advisor to Quorum, and Cooley served as Legal Advisor. Solomon Partners served as financial advisor to Enlightenment Capital, and Moore Van Allen served as legal advisor to Enlightenment Capital.
