Alissa Sevrioukova currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Community Affairs at DTE Energy, a gas and electric utility serving over 4 million customers across Michigan. In her role, Alissa leads a team responsible for driving community engagement and communications strategy to grow DTE’s relationships with community stakeholders across DTE’s service territory.
Alissa was previously DTE’s Corporate Social Responsibility manager, leading a team that oversaw DTE’s CSR strategy, managed sustainability reporting, and drove coordinated CSR communications. Under her leadership, Alissa established DTE’s CSR Program Management Office, which has garnered regional and national recognition for DTE’s community efforts from JD Power, Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and Points of Light. In 2019, Alissa was recognized by Crain’s Detroit as one of “40 under 40” for her commitment and contributions to making an impact in the community.
Prior to joining DTE, Alissa worked in various roles at Southern California Edison (SCE), including long-term generation and strategic planning and electric transportation. In her time with SCE, Alissa led a joint-utility study that evaluated the cost and implementation impacts associated with a 33% Renewables Portfolio Standard and analyzed California’s 20-year electric transportation market growth, which led to the establishment of a new electric transportation department.
