We’ve talked a lot about Quorum’s AI agents lately, but if you’re still getting your footing with what they actually do, here’s the short version.
Quorum agents are AI-powered tools that handle specific, repeatable public affairs workflows. They can monitor for new information, apply your organization’s priorities, and prepare or complete defined tasks — such as tagging bills, building campaigns, preparing meeting briefs, or updating CRM records — while keeping your team in control.
The Q&A from our “Meet the Agents” webinar came in faster than we could get to it live. Between the chat, the Q&A tab, and the questions that kept rolling in after we wrapped, it was clear this conversation wasn’t finished.
So we’re finishing it here. Below are the questions that came up most — some answered straight from what the product team said on the webinar, others flagged for product team input before we hit publish. Either way, we’ve got you covered.

Section 1: Trust, Data, and Accuracy
Q: Who owns our data — and will it be used to train Quorum’s AI?
A: Customer data is never combined across accounts to train AI models for other customers. Any use of data for model training only happens with explicit consent. For the full breakdown of how Quorum handles AI data privacy, click here.
Q: How does Quorum handle hallucinations and AI errors, and do mistakes compound across agent tasks?
A: Ensuring our AI is accurate and trustworthy is a top priority. We check its answers against a set of known correct outcomes every day to catch any issues early, and we also do regular manual reviews to catch anything the automated checks might miss. On top of that, we only build on proven, industry-leading models from OpenAI and Anthropic, since they invest heavily in keeping their AI safe, stable, and reliable. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may still make mistakes. We recommend verifying all information against the provided source data to ensure correctness.
Q: Are these agents built on the most powerful foundational models, and how does that compare to just building something in generic AI tools?
A: Yes, Quorum’s agents are built on state-of-the-art foundational models and kept current as those models evolve. But the more important answer to the comparison question is the underlying data. Quorum collects and standardizes legislative information that isn’t all publicly available — committee hearings, vote records, transcripts — and layers in your own team’s CRM activity and meeting history on top of that. A general-purpose tool could be pointed at public data, but replicating Quorum’s data layer would require significant custom work and ongoing maintenance. The agents are purpose-built for this context, and that’s where the real difference shows up.
Section 2: How the Agents Work Together
Q: Can the agents cross-communicate? For example, can the Meeting Prep Agent pull bill information from the Bill Tracker Agent?
A: Today, the agents share a common data layer inside Quorum. So if your team is doing bill tracking in one place and logging meetings in another, the meeting prep agent can draw on all of it — you don’t have to manually connect the dots. Where things are headed is true agent-to-agent communication: for example, the Bill Tracker Agent detecting a relevant committee hearing and automatically looping in the Campaign Builder Agent to prep advocate outreach. That’s on the roadmap.
Q: Are personalizations individual or org-wide, and can they be shared with teammates?
A: Every Quorum account can create multiple personalization profiles, and they’re designed to be shared across the team. Smaller organizations focused on a tight set of issues might only need one. Larger teams covering a wide range of issues can build separate profiles by issue area or by role. Admins manage them by default, but can also open profile creation up to all users. If you don’t see this in your account, check with your admin first.
Q: When will the Campaign Builder Agent be available?
A: The Campaign Builder Agent is now available to all Quorum Grassroots customers. The initial release covers the most common use case — a single-message Write a Letter campaign. Multi-message variations, additional campaign types, and automated voice personalization are coming later this year.
Section 3: Meetings and CRM
Q: Is the Meeting Prep Agent integrated with Zoom, Teams, or Webex?
A: Right now, the integration focuses on your calendar — the agent scans for upcoming meetings with .gov attendees and sends prep automatically, no prompting required. Calendar integrations are supported for Google Calendar and Outlook.
Q: For Meeting Prep Agent, will it show which bills I follow that the member is already a co-sponsor of?
A: Yes, custom filters such as stances, priorities, and bill co-sponsorship context are included in the meeting prep brief.
Q: Does the CRM Agent recognize custom fields without specific prompting?
A: You don’t need to use the exact name of a custom field — the agent is looking for context, not keywords. If your custom field is called “Follow-up required,” just mentioning that a follow-up is needed in your voice memo or notes is enough for the agent to populate it. More detail always helps, but the experience is designed to be intuitive rather than rigid.
Section 4: What the Agents Can See
Q: Can the Policy Comms Agent pull from external sources our organization cares about — like CBO?
A: No, the Policy Comms Agent is built specifically to monitor your organization’s own communications, press releases, news pages, and similar content you publish, and turn those into legislative outreach. It’s about strengthening your organization’s policy reputation based on what you put out, not tracking outside sources.
To stay on top of external content like CBO reports, use Quorum’s alerts to get notified the moment something relevant is published, then ask Quincy to analyze it directly in Quorum.
Q: Can I track a specific bill by its bill number rather than keywords?
A: Bill Tracker Agent’s automatic tagging is built around topics and phrases, so it doesn’t accept a bill number directly during setup. To follow a specific bill, search for it by bill number in Quorum’s general bill search, then manually add it to your tracker.
