Rate of Bipartisan Legislation in Congress Sits at 23%

This week the House passed 17 pieces of legislation. The health care debate continued to dominate dialogue on social media. Congress is sitting at a 10-year high for number of bills introduced at this point in the session. Overall bipartisanship sits at 23% — among the lowest in last 17 years.
